REFUNDS
Fragrances are not refundable. Once the order processing has commenced, refund requests cannot be accepted. The same applies to any products that have been unpacked from the original packing by the customer.
EXCHANGE POLICY FOR DAMAGED ITEMS
Fragrances are checked by our quality control team at the time of packaging. However mishandling by third parties is out of our control (e.g. custom department checks, etc.) and would not constitute our responsibility. We ensure that the fragrances leave our warehouse in appropriate packaging. If you have any issues with your item, you may contact care@galleriaparfums.com along with the pictures of your product and its package for a review.
